Bright, clean 1 bedroom, just steps from the Graham L. A sunny 15 minute walk from McCarren Park and Greenpoint by foot, or a quick 15 minute train ride into the city.

Relax in the bright space, prepare a meal, and stream Netflix or HBO at your leisure. Located right above a cafe and just a couple minutes' walk from a a wide array of bars and restaurants in East Williamsburg. Also close to the G train. Washer and dryer at your disposal, as well as all kitchen basics.

The space
The building is small, housing just a few units. Each unit boasts condo finishes, a standing shower, and a washer-dryer you're welcome to use. It also has a security camera/buzzer so you can securely let in delivery people if you choose to eat in.

Other things to note
A few FYIs:

• The unit is on the 3rd floor and is accessible by stairs (there is no elevator)
• True to NY form, there is some construction in the area
• The L train is back to its original schedule (coming every couple of minutes)
• I live here full-time, which there are personal items and cabinets are in use, but I will ensure there is ample space to hang clothes.
• You are welcome to use any kitchen basics (oil, vinegar, seasoning, etc.), as well as any cleaning and laundry products.
• Pets are not allowed, sorry!
• I can provide a large monitor and convertible (standing/sitting) desk – just let me know ahead of time and I'll set it up.
