Live/work artist studio, Very cool place in East London E9. Basically one big room with a kitchenette in it, a mezzanine to sleep in, balcony overlooking the canal and a small bathroom with a high pressured shower. No TV but use of a computer (huge screen), printer and internet. Friendly building, close to great bars-cafes, 3 min walk to station, 2 mins from the canal with lovely walks, 5 mins from Victoria park. Animal friendly 100%. A perfect place for anyone
The space
Perfect if you are
- going to see anything at the Olympic stadium as it is walking distance.
- at the excel center
- seeing a concert at the Olympic stadium
- wanting to get into London nightlife
- wanting to explore all the scenic canal system
- romantic getaway
- work trip as close to central london
My place is decorated futuristic bohemian with a homely feeling. We love dogs and welcome anyone with a well behaved dog or dogs at no extra cost. The place is most suited for creative fun people who enjoy the more alternative side of life. The space has Cooking facilities, Washing Machine, Internet, Stunning views, big comfy Queen size bed with memory foam mattress, air con, internet and everything you need.
Please note
- There is no T.V. but the computer screen is HUGE
- Hackney Wick and my building is full of people who are living life. There is a little noise in the weekends and there can be a lot of nose if there is a festival on in the area or something like that. The area is full of the good things in life so if you are a light sleeper it maybe an issue.
- I am not a rich person so please do not expect top of the range everything, this is not the Ritz hahahaha but what I do have is a truly stunning bohemian place that is unique. It has absolutely everything you need for a great holiday, work trip or just plain old fun

We are on the second story of a big warehouse and there is a lift but unfortunately wheelchair access would be hard, not impossible but need to speak about your requirements

The community here is amazing and even though it is in the heart of London it is still very friendly.
There is a cafe/bar on the ground floor of my building that overlooks the canal, fantastic coffee, snacks and a lovely place for a cold beer.
