Whether you are a business traveler or looking to stay somewhere while finding your next home, this upscale bedroom in a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath house offers all the amenities you need to work productively from home.
Catering to the work-first individual, the space features a motorized electric standing desk, a Steelcase Brand Cobi office chair, a barstool for sitting while the standing desk is raised, and AT&T Fiber 300 Wifi.
The space
The building itself is built with lots of natural light in mind, high ceilings, hardwood floors, 2 zone upstairs-downstairs heating and cooling, and efficient green-energy-rated power consumption offset by solar panels.
A fully stocked kitchen invites light cooking. Oil, soy sauce, vinegar, basic spices and such are readily available as are basic kitchen cooking tools. The Kitchen-aid refrigerator has fine-tuned temperature and water dispensing controls. The refrigerator also has an automatic ice-maker for those hot summer days. There is a nice Samsung microwave and gas range and oven. There is in-unit laundry on the same floor. Laundry detergent is provided.
The owner lives on the property.
Guest access
Who you’ll be sharing the kitchen and living area with - a second airbnb guest in the adjacent bedroom and yours truly, the host who is rarely home and resides in the garage.
Please park your car into the left side of the house or directly in front of the door on the house side of the driveway. Please take care not to block the fence side of the driveway and the neighbors’ property. Thanks.
Please be advised that there may be times when a repairman and the host may need to enter your room on short notice to make or log repairs of the restroom window, bathtub and bathroom plumbing. We will try to let you know as early as possible but due to the difficulty of having timely repairs in our age of supply chain shortage, we may need to enter the room whether or not the guest is home or would be willing to let us in on a early weekday morning or afternoon.
Other things to note
No additional guest or guests are permitted. No smoking or use of soft or hard drugs are permitted on and around the property.
We apologize in advance that during the weekday there may be construction going on in the neighboring house. Some days the driveway is highly trafficked with construction vehicles and servicemen.
