Central 2 bed/2 bath condo in the heart of San Diego. Right off the 163 and Friars road, within 10 minutes to Downtown, Beaches, Balboa Park, Airport, USD and SDSU. You can't get more central! This quiet complex has a community pool.
*Master bedroom* has a Cal King bed and *2nd bedroom* has two twin beds and also includes a desk workstation with a 27" monitor. *Spacious patio* has a gas BBQ and plenty of seating to enjoy San Diego's beautiful weather year round.
The space
Second floor unit, there is no elevator. **Must climb one flight of stairs to access**
PARKING: There is 1 parking spot available in a private garage that will accommodate a full size car, intermediate SUV or smaller. The condo complex parking lot is also available on a first come, first served basis. Street parking is also available about a 5 min walk away on Fashion Hills Blvd.
Minimum 28 day stay. If you're interested in a stay longer than 1 month, then a credit/background check and supplemental lease will be required.
Other things to note
Electric/gas costs are included up to a $175/mo cap. Anything above that will be charged back to the guest for excess energy use. The cap will cover all moderate energy users. (For reference: my highest bill in the past 12 months was $125.)
