Your LA home base will be a hop & skip away from downtown Culver City, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, DTLA and LAX. Walk to Trader Joes, Rose Market, neighborhood restaurants, bars, Palms farmers market and the Metro Expo Line (to Santa Monica or DTLA).

Bike rentals area available just down the street — bike to the trendy shops/restaurants at the Culver Platform, Culver arts district, explore Ballona Creek to Playa Del Rey and many more! More details in the guest book.

My home is located on a busy street in the LA neighborhood of Palms. While the central location does offer quick access to all of LA, some light noise can be heard from the living room & office during the day. The bedroom is quiet throughout the day and the entire home is quiet in the mornings, evenings, nights & weekends.
