The space
This is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom home with eat in kitchen. Master is very large to accommodate sleeping on one side and a home office setup on the other side. The second bedroom has a double bed. Both have en suite bathrooms. The living room has a double sized futon for additional sleeping arrangements.

The waterfront is not fenced. Guests assume all responsibility for going near the water.
