Work space desk for business complete with large screen curved monitor, bluetooth keyboard and mouse so you can connect up your laptop and work from home (or game). New equipment. PS-4 game console connected to internet for on-line gaming if required. Automatic coffee machine with bean grinder for great coffee when you wake up. Owner lives close by should any emergencies arise. Amazon Fire Stick if you have Amazon Prime (it also enables easy access to Disney, Apple TV+, Stan etc if you have an account. Watch from a large screen TV on a comfortable couch instead of laptop).

Guest access
Parking is on site and you have a dedicated bay. But you can walk most places. The shopping centre is literally a block away with supermarket, newsagent, kebabs, bakery, barber, hairdresser, liquor store and many more.
