The space
Explore the city from a home base in the heart of Seattle. No car, no problem. You'll be within 20 minutes or less walking to some of the best Seattle has to offer: the Space Needle, Pike Place, Amazon Sphere, Chihuly Garden, Climate Pledge Arena (Home of the Seattle Kraken), shopping, restaurants, and bars. Want to travel by car? Use the reserved parking space (for a compact car) in a secure garage. In town on business? Work remotely from a private den with desk, monitor, and wireless keyboard/mouse.
This is a 1 bd plus loft with two separate sleeping areas. Ample space for larger groups wanting to stay together.
On the main level, there is a full kitchen, living room with TV and sleeper couch, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and half bath. In the upstairs loft, there is a queen bed with a full bath and separate den equipped with a desk and monitor to hook up your laptop.
**NOTE**
The parking stall is small and difficult to enter if another car is beside it. It can also be difficult for larger vehicles to fit into the stall without blocking the adjacent stall.
Guest access
Guests will have access to a fully equipped gym with treadmill and free weights and bench. Guests can also enjoy unobstructed views of the Space Needle from the buildings' rooftop deck.
