Beautiful sanctuary designed for remote workers

Find your inspiration in this stunning, art-filled home in the working-class neighborhood of San Antonio, San Miguel's best-kept secret. Just a 20-min walk to Centro, you're also close to bakeries, fruit and vegetable stands, restaurants, cafés, organic markets, and parks.

The space
Casa Nido de Aves (Birds' Nest) is my own personal creative live-work space when I'm in San Miguel. I love good beds, linens, and kitchen knives and cookware, so know that you'll have top-quality amenities when you're here.

I work with Serenity Rentals property management, so you'll have someone there to meet you, show you around the house, and be available 24/7 to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Internet is fiber optic at a blazing 500Mb download speed with a WiFi extender, although there's no connectivity in the master bedroom (separated from the house by a patio).

Note: San Miguel is a lively, vibrant town, which means plenty of street noise and neighbourhood life: bells, rooftop dogs, vendors, fireworks. If you need absolute quiet and tranquility, this might not be the ideal city or location.

Other things to note
The main bedroom is separated from the main house by a small patio, and the guest bedroom is on the second floor. if you have young children who like to sleep nearby, this might not be the best location for you.

Also, there is only street parking, no garage.
