The space
Upon entering the fully enclosed front yard, you will see flourishing plants/trees, with pomegranates and guavas for the picking in the season-with hill views, and an outdoor area with table/chairs to enjoy.
Living room has reclining leather couch, 60 inch Smart TV, and is decorated with all our old art and oddities and books- which we think are pretty cool. Brand new lounge chairs also. House is always the right temp with Central AC and heat.
Eat in kitchen with French doors that open up into huge backyard with 20 foot deck, propane grill, and retractable awning for shade any time of year!
Master bedroom has all new linens, storage bed with walk-in closet- and RECLINER bed, which adjusts head and feet, ideal for those with bad backs. TV in master bedroom- and nightstands with USB chargers and AUTO SENSORS which light up the nightstand lights- so you never have to get in or out of bed in the pitch black! BLACKOUT BLINDS in every bedroom.
Second bedroom has legit home office with ergonomic chair, printer/copier/scanner, and 27 inch monitor. All pillows are brand new cooling pillows. 3rd bedroom has brand new temperpedic couch/futon, and is setup as kids room with chalkboard wall, kids art, and chest full of games/toys!
