The house is set on an 800sqm plot, there is an outside dining area next to the private swimming pool and solarium on the roof to relax and enjoy the lake views.

The space
The bedroom 1 is equipped with a double bed , aircon, and large built-in wardrobe. It has an ensuite bathroom (1) with toilet and bath tub.
Bedroom 2 has double bed; built-in wardrobe and has a stand-alone aircon unit.
Bedroom 3 has one single bed, work station with monitor, built-in cupboard, and airconditioning unit built in.
Office room has a desk with 2 monitors, office chair , sofa-bed (145x200) and 2 reclining chairs
Livingroom - sofa, TV , a desk with monitor, dining table, has aircon. Fiber internet installation; apple TV so you can watch your favorite series.
Family room: ping-pong table; glass sliding doors opening to the outside dining area and swimming pool.
Bathroom 2 - equipped with toilet and bath tub; entry to bathroom is from bedroom hall.
Bathroom 3-/laundry room- equipped with toilet, shower, washmachine, access from family room.
Kitchen is equipped with double sink, drinking water/filter tap, electric stove, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, nespresso coffee machine.
From the garden it is possible to step outside directly into natural park/Salinas area, and it is about 150m through the bush and swampy terrain to the salt lake.
