Kitchen has a full size fridge, freezer, gas stove, and the necessities to cook.

The house is located inside a private community street. The area is pet friendly so expect to see a dog or a cat walking in front of your gate. They are harmless and know the area very well as most of them are a permanent resident. The area is strictly prohibited to have loud parties and loud music.
Cleaning is once a week every Sunday from 10 AM - 2 PM, you can make a request of which time is suitable for you between the time above.
