Family villa 20 min from Stockholm

Welcome to a large and spacious family villa with a beautiful garden located in peaceful Huddinge, only 15-20 min by car/commuter train to Stockholm. The house has 7 rooms, 5 of which are bedrooms and a total of 8 people can stay overnight. Two bathrooms, large kitchen and two separate living rooms. There is a large raised garden perfect for dinners on the terrace or a game of croquet on the lawn. For children there is also a trampoline, a swing and a climbing frame.

The space
Downstairs: Hall, bathroom with shower, laundry room, kitchen with 8 seats, living room and large bedroom with sofa bed (place for two people 160 cm bed)

Upstairs: Living room, bathroom with bathtub and shower, 4 bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 cm) and three with single beds (120/90/90 cm).

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house including garden. Garage is not available.

Other things to note
Entertainment/technology: Fiber 500/500 with wifi coverage throughout the house is included. In the lower living room there is a 65' TV with AppleTV 4K and streaming services Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, PrimeVideo, and more. Game console Playstation 5 and two hand controllers are available for use. If desired, the other monitors in two separate work rooms can be used for possible connection of a brought laptop. It is also possible to charge your electric car for an extra fee.
