Our 3-story home features everything you need for an extended stay, including your own sprawling private rooftop deck + fire pit and BBQ, massive primary suite + 3 additional guest bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, chef's kitchen, bikes, fastest wifi, 4K monitors and more. The home is a short walk to the beach, Whole Foods, Rose Ave, Abbot Kinney and beyond.

The space
This modern California craftsman sits on a quiet street blocks away from some of the best Venice Beach has to offer. The home is 3 stories (the third is your own private roof top + gas fire bit, king's table, bbq!) The second floor offers 2 guest suites (connected by a jack and jill bathroom) and a massive primary suite with office area (+4k monitor), beautiful bathroom featuring a dual-head rain shower and separate luxurious bath tub. The bottom floor features 1 guest room and full bath, a wrap around sundeck, living area for your Netflix binges, large chef's kitchen, and cozy nook to curl up and read a book. You'll also have two tandem parking spaces (with 110 EV charging) in front of the home.

Other things to note
Please note that this listing is for monthly rentals only due to LA county code. We kindly request guests book full months from the 1st - 30th, as opposed to mid-month bookings.

Also, please note we live in the back cottage, however, we are avid travelers and are often not at home. Your house and the cottage have separate entrances, so the spaces are incredibly private + serene.
