Waterfaller Cottage: Near Hallmarky Downtown

Welcome to my Cozy Cottage home on Tom’s Hill, right near downtown Hendersonville, NC.
The house is located right by a couple of new, hip breweries (Dry Falls, Blue Ridge Beer Garden), and only a 3 blocks walk to downtown Main Street. Keyless entry and 2 off street parking spots.
Two person Hot Tub now installed on new back deck space!
The space
Upon entry, you will see a beautiful living room, kitchen and dining room with spacious vaulted ceilings! The kitchen is fully stocked, and you have all amenities that you may need for your short stay! Also, just a couple blocks away, we have a Rite Aid, Walgreens, Ingles & Publix supermarkets. So convenient!
The living room has a top-grain leather couch and extra chairs. Make use of a large bartop with stools beside the kitchen. Relax in deep sleep with the top rated memory foam mattresses in both bedrooms. The Cal King is a Medium-Firm and the Queen in the guest bedroom is a Medium-Soft firmness. There are extra throws and blankets for you to enjoy as well.
Grab some coffee with the Keurig and add froth as well. Make smoothies with the blender, and cook with speed using the Air Fryer. Use this like a faster version of an oven (oven safe containers for this are also stocked in the cabinets).
There are dedicated workspaces in each room, with the larger bedroom having two usable 4K monitors on pivoting arms and HDMI cables attached. There are two padded folding chairs in the guest bedroom closet to use, and two dinner trays that are very handy around the house. The TV is a Smart Roku TV and equipped with a Theater Quality sound system.
Note: Currently a small house is being built next to my property. Some building sounds may be heard during stay. Update: House is built, now they are working on interior and landscaping.

Everywhere in the house and property, except for Owners Closet, Owners Pantry, Owners Garage (labeled doors as such).
> Temporarily, the back yard beyond the side gate is not recommended to venture into due to construction materials stored back there.

I will send you a text the day of your booking start with entry code. This will also have instructions on how to use the electronic deadlock device.
Wifi is very strong - I have a newest generation Wifi Mesh Extender in the kitchen to boost the signal.
