The apartment 67m2 is located only 10-minute-walk from the main square or picnic area Poloj. There is also a recreation centre Vijuš with a swimming pool, bowling alley and a gym. Supermarket and a caffe bar are also nearby.
There is TV in the living room and a projector in the bedroom with Netflix, HBOMax and IPTV. The balcony is perfect for cup of coffee in the morning or relaxing glass of wine/favorite cocktail in the evening.
There is an elevator and a parking spot in underground garage.
The space
This spacious flat consists of one master bedroom, home-office, living room with a sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, master bathroom and powder room. Since I’ve lived here not long ago, it is furnished and decorated as a Tesla-fan den because I’m crazy about Tesla vehicles. That’s how the apartment got its name!
I’m also into gadgets, so the whole apartment – lights, AC, heating, TV – is voice-managed and controlled.
There is a 65-inch screen TV in the living room and a projector in the bedroom, both including Netflix and IPTV.
Home-office, or the study, is intended for gaming, work from home, creative work or just surfing and is equipped with high-performances PC, two 4k monitors and the Internet connection (200/20MBs). There is also a poker-machine, but for fun only!
The balcony is perfect for cup of coffee in the morning or relaxing glass of wine/favourite cocktail in the evening.
There is an elevator and a parking spot in underground garage reserved.

TESLA SMART APARTMENT
and the property owner would like to welcome you and hope that
you have a lovely holiday here.
The Property is privately owned and we hope that you will look after it during your stay, just as if it was your own home.
During your stay you are expected to:
1. Leave the Property in the same condition that you would like to find it in yourself.
2. Look after the Property’s indoor and outdoor facilities.
3. Leave the Property clean and tidy for the next guests.
4. Only use the furniture for its intended purpose and replace in its original position at the end of your stay.
5. Make sure you understand how to use any electrical equipment that you are not familiar with and don‘t change any existing settings.
6. Keep any additional Property rules such as wether smoking is permitted or pets are allowed etc.
7. Be considerate to your neighbours, avoiding loud music or disturbing noise, particularly between 10 pm and 8 am.
8. Use the designated litter containers and keep the grounds clear of litter.
9. Do not exceed the number of people for which the Property has capacity.
10. Contact TESLA SMART APARTMENT should any damage to the Property occur during your stay.
You are personally responsible for anything you damage. In case of personal injury you should always contact your own insurance company. TESLA SMART APARTMENT or the house owner cannot be held responsible, but are obviously available if you need help.
11. Vacate the Property by 10am at the latest on the departure date.
12. In this apartment, bachelor or bachelorette parties are not allowed, as well as other similar types of social gathering.
