Spacious well equipped condo with views of Peak 1 and surrounding mountains.
This is our home, but we are renting it out while we are away, so you will get a bit more of a home vibe than a holiday condo.
We have 2 fully equipped height-adjustable work desks with 4K monitors and ergonomic chairs, a printer and scanner, and 400 Mbps Wifi.
Located by the reservoir and Rec Path the possibilities to enjoy the great outdoors are endless: biking, mountain biking, kayaking, hiking, etc.
The space
The bedrooms are South facing with access to a small terrace with a table and chairs in the sun from one of the bedrooms.
Both bedrooms have comfortable queen beds, TV, and workstations.
Each of the 2 workstations has a 4K monitor (36'' and 32''), adjustable height desks, ergonomic office chairs, and extra laptop stands.
There is a color printer with a scanner.
Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom.
The bathrooms have bathtubs and come with basic toiletries and towels.
The living room and kitchen area feature a sofa and 3 armchairs, a faux fireplace with a Dimplex fireplace for a realistic ember effect (real fires not allowed).
There is a dining table with 4 chairs and a bar with 4 chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need: full-size fridge with freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, Instapot, crockpot, hand mixer, blender, fridge, silverware and plates, pans, pizza stone, pizza spade, 5 pans, 4 pots, grilling instruments, etc.
The cozily lit balcony features a propane grill, a table, and 4 chairs.
2 very basic bikes are included for your use.
If needed we can provide a pack-n-play for an infant, a diaper changing station, and a couple of children's toys.
1 parking spot on the premises is included.

The minimum stay time is 6 weeks for up to 12 weeks depending on the dates.
You will notice that we just have a single review in this listing, this is due to the fact that we live here and only rent out our place when we are out for long trips.
