The perfect London pad - a 2 min walk to Lee train station with fast trains to Charing Cross, Waterloo and London Bridge and an easy connection to the DLR at Lewisham, free off-street parking and local supermarkets, restaurants and pubs within a short walk.
The house is on a private road with security bollards making it both quiet and safe and is set up perfectly for those wanting a space to both live and work, within easy reach of the city centre.
The space
Entering on the ground floor, there is a downstairs shower room, full laundry facilities (large drum separate washer and drier, iron, drying rack), and access to the yard at the back of the house.
On the first floor, you will find an open plan living space, a fully functioning kitchen with a range of cooking appliances, and a dishwasher. The sitting area has a large corner sofa, Samsung 70" Smart TV with Netflix (you are welcome to sign in to your own apps too), and an Alexa driven sound system (Spotify Unlimited).
In the corner of the office there is a dip /chin up rack, weights bench and some weights you are welcome to use.
The second floor has a bedroom, office and 2 bathrooms. The bedroom is furnished with a super-king bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe, and has views out over the city.
The office is equipped with a standing desk with two monitors, and fast wifi (available throughout the house), and has a south-facing balcony.
One of the bathrooms contains a bath, and the other a large modern shower.
Back to the outside, the yard is partially decked, with outdoor dining furniture and a gas BBQ (note that a new shed has been constructed since the photo of the garden was taken so the useable area is a little smaller). At the front of the property you can park on the street outside the house - there is a dedicated space for the property.
Note, that access to the road is gained via security bollards and so through traffic is not an issue, and the road is very quiet as a result.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the property. I just ask that the wardrobes in the office are not used as this is where I store my things, and the garage is also not available to guests.
