The spacious 2 bedroom terraced house is located in a quiet and well-kept area in Costa Calma. In addition to the ideal suitability for long-term holidaymakers, the house is particularly suitable/optimized for three types of guests: 1)Home/Remote Office Worker 2) Water sports enthusiasts (kitesurfers, windsurfers and surfers) and 3)Families. Why? Please read below.
The space
1) Home/Remote Office Workers will benefit from:
• 600 MBit Fibre Internet / WI-FI
• Two 2.5k monitors
• Three office chairs
• Two height-adjustable work tables
• In principle, five comfortable workplaces: two lying, two standing or sitting, and one only sitting workplace.
• The roof terrace offers two "real" open office workplaces (one lying and one standing or sitting). They are wind and sun-protected and since the walls are made of glass, offer a unique view of the Costa Calma and the palm grove.
2) Water sports enthusiasts (kitesurfers, windsurfers and surfers) will benefit from:
• The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the three kite/wind surf spots and a surf spot (all about 5min drive away). The area has most wind days > 4Bft in Europe, about 75% throughout the year (winter about 50%, summer about 95% ). Due to the noon/afternoon rising thermals, the wind usually blows with 5 knots more than predicted. For carefree kiting, all centers offer a safety package that includes rescues for €50, 1-3 jet skis. With much rarer (only a few weeks annually) south wind, there are about 2 meters large waves at all three spots. All three centres of course offer drinks and have wind-protected chill-out areas with sun loungers. All three also offer the kite/wind/wing surf/foil courses and rental equipment.
• A) Matas Bay: Just a two-minute drive away, MATASBAY DOT com is the perfect flat water spot. Best suited for N,NW,W wind (about 80% of the time).
• B) Rene Egly: rene-egly DOT com together with the lagoon (at high tide, 1-2 meters standing height), which stretches up to the Risco del Paso, can also be reached in less than 5 minutes by car. The huge spot is well suited for all wind directions, even if, through the hill just in front of the center, the wind is a bit gusty. Approximately 200m to the right you will find a fairly constant wind. There are also two air compressors to spare you the annoying air pumping.
• C) Risco del Paso : ion-club DOT net SLASH RISCO-DEL-PASO is less than 10 minutes' drive away. The even more extensive spot is best suited for E, NE N wind. In some places, there is usually also a half meter of wave/swell that serves as a perfect kicker jump.
• D) La Pared. The beach of La Pared, which is also less than a 10-minute drive away, offers (not only) the perfect backdrop for surfers on non-windy days. You can book the courses and rental materials at the schools in Costa Calma or La Pared. Attention! You should definitely explore with the local surfers about the conditions, as there are riffs in some places as well as sometimes strong currents. So please think about your safety! If the surfing is too much, can slowly touch the waves with my body surf board.
• On the lower terrace of the house, there is a board holder for two boards and on the palm tree there are several hooks where you can hang your kite(bags) so that everything is in place as soon as the wind comes up.

The special features of the bungalow are:
Only 1 min. walk to the first supermarket, a few bars and restaurants and about 5 min. walk through a palm grove from the beach of Costa Calma.
Modernly furnished large living room with eat-in kitchen and dining area
The quiet south-facing terrace invites maximum privacy without outside view. The sun can always be enjoyed (about 9 am - 6 pm) from the sun lounger and at the same time avoided by the sometimes shaded roof.
Family friendly through spacious living room, private, flat terrace and two bedrooms.
It has WI-FI, German TV, dishwasher, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen and is therefore also suitable for long-term rentals.
Ideal for water sports enthusiasts, because within 2-3 min. You can drive to both Matas Blankas and Sotavento/Melias/Rene Egly kite/windsurfing spots.
