Our family-friendly single-family home is located in a quiet area of Mira Mesa.
It has an open floor plan, with lots of natural light and a beautiful outdoor area. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a dedicated office with an ergonomic stand-up desk and monitors.
You'll find convenient shopping in MiraMesa malls, lots of ethnic cuisines, and premier hiking & mountain biking trails.
San Diego attractions like La Jolla Beach, Birch Aquarium, and the Zoo are all about 20 minutes away.
The space
The house is fully furnished since this is our main residence. Open floor plan, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, the kitchen is fully equipped, and ample office with an ergonomic stand-up desk and two monitors, etc... The second desk is in the small bedroom.
Enjoy your days on the covered patio with outdoor seating out front, and a spacious backyard with a dining table, BBQ, fire pit, and a ping pong table in the backyard. The fruit on our trees is yours to enjoy; we grow peaches, figs, passionfruit, guava, oranges, Meyer lemon (for lemonade),...
For kids, we have a tree swing (up to 200 lbs), a climbing rope, and a mud kitchen (stored in the garage). We also have a tricycle, 2 scooters, a balance bike, and a plasma car for them to use.
Going to the beach? Boogie board, foam board, beach umbrella, beach towels, and cooler are available.
The dining table has 4 regular chairs and two Tripp-Trapp Chairs that are adjustable in height (one has a harness and can be used as a high chair for a baby). We also have a toddler table with 2 chairs.
The cold water at the kitchen sink is filtered, as well as our water/ice dispenser on the fridge.
Guest access
The entire home will be yours. You will have access to the garage for beach gear, kid's toys, and a washer&dryer.
You will have access to our community pool that is open year-round, just one block away.
