Family house near uni and forest

We offer a family-friendly attic room very close to Radboud University, and literally around the corner of a beautiful forest. There is one bike available for you to use. The room also offers a comfortable desk with two USB-C connected monitors.
There is a 1.40m wide double bed for 2 adults. Optionally, for 1 small child we have a foldable cot, high chair, changing mat, etc.
We can also provide meals for a charge, but we ask you to not do any cooking, except for making tea/coffee/small snacks.
The space
We sleep on the first floor with our two children. The guest room is on the second floor (attic). It can be warm in summer.

Note that I listed the advert as available for 3 people, but that is only 2 adults. The third spot is a children's foldable cot.
