With a large deck and a further two balconies overlooking the ocean, bring the family or just yourself... kick back and relax!
The space
The Shelly Beach House is one of the last traditional homes along this coastline. The home doesn’t hide behind a modern reno but embraces its mid century origins, boasting tumbled brick, a cosy fireplace, raked timber ceilings, retro features and views to die for!

The Shelly Beach House is your home away from home. The whole house is yours to enjoy during your stay.

BUNK BEDS
The Shelly Beach House bunk beds have a recommended weight capacity of 70kg; the bottom tier weight capacity is 80kg. Therefore, whilst the property can sleep 12 guests, this should be interpreted as 8 adults and 4 children.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED
We have tried to think of everything so you can simply arrive, unpack and enjoy. There is a well appointed kitchen, plenty of books, toys for the little ones and games for the big kids too.
PARKING
Please only park in the driveway, not on the grass, during your stay. There is limited street parking and it is requested by the local residents that vehicles park in tandem on the driveway, not on the street, as access is limited. The driveway will accommodate a maximum of four vehicles.
GARAGE
The garage is locked and unable to be accessed by guests. The property in the garage is the private property of the owner.
LINEN
All linen is provided with the exception of beach towels.
CLEANING
The "Cleaning Fee" that forms part of your booking covers the cost of cleaning and linen.
