Sleeps three: Queen bed in bedroom, and a 'day' bed in the living room. Gas grill on deck, basic cable TV, wireless, bluetooth speaker. Complete workstation with desk, computer monitor, printer, keyboard, mouse, etc. (No dishwasher.) Access to coin-op laundry. Free parking.
No pets. No smokers. 3-night minimum.

The space
This is a 700+/- square foot 1-bedroom condominium. It is a comfortable space for a couple or a couple plus a kid, but no more than three people.

Guest access
Parking is easy and free. One car only in front of the building, and please don't park in front of (or block) the stairs, which are used by all of the residents in our section of the building. Any additional cars must be parked across the parking lot, away from the building.
Tufulio's, an outstanding local Italian restaurant and bar, is just a short walk away, as is Happy Tunes, a fantastic full-service ski shop with full retail and ski tuning capability.
Sugarloaf is just a 10 minute drive north on Route 27.
