The space
The apartment is very spacious for a one bedroom at almost 1,200 square feet. Located in a quiet, very safe residential neighborhood one block from the beach and marina. This small building contains two identical 'sister' apartments with a large shared ground-level secure garage and shady inner courtyard plus a stunning rooftop patio with amazing views of the marina, ocean and mountains.
This is "Apartamento Rita" which is located on the second floor with direct access to the shared rooftop patio 1 flight above (the other sister apartment is located one level below). Rita has a private patio off the living room with a small table for two. Shared rooftop has 2 dining tables, lounge and hammock chairs as well as kitchen sink/counters, small propane grill and full bathroom making it perfect for working, dining or lounging in the open air.
Working remote? We have high-speed fiber/wifi. Check out the screenshot of our speed test (speeds of approx. 500 mbps down/100 up). We work remotely ourselves and have ensured the highest data package, as well as a router/extender on each level (including the rooftop).
The apartment has separate A/C units in the living room and bedroom. There is also a futon in the spacious living room (in addition to couch, loveseat and chair) which makes it quite comfortable for a 3rd guest or child to join a couple. Laundry is located in the secure garage and shared with the one other unit. The calm beach at the marina entrance one block away is perfect for using the Stand-Up Paddleboards and kayak located in the garage and available for use by both apartments.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment plus shared areas: garage, courtyard, and rooftop. Quiet hours for shared spaces are generally 10pm-8am. Before check-in, you will be provided with a code for the lockbox located at the front door which allows for contactless check-in. We suggest you keep the keys in the lockbox when you walk 1 block to the beach or into town.

Apartamento Rita is located 1 block from a quiet beach and a 2-minute walk from the center of town. It's in a very safe residential neighborhood. We fell in love with this sweet little town and think you will too!
