The space

With 1,100 sq ft of space, this condo features a spacious King bedroom with a private ensuite, a comfortable sofa sleeper, and a convenient half bath. Stay productive with a dedicated office area and monitor, or take your work outside to the patio with a beautiful view. The fully-equipped kitchen has a bar top and a dining table overlooking the living room and Smart TV, perfect for entertaining.

LIVING AREA:
Step into the condo and be greeted by the industrial loft-style living room with its unique concrete ceilings and exposed ductwork, creating an urban downtown feel. Kick off your shoes and use the geometric shelves to store your items during your stay. The living room offers ample space to relax, whether you're curling up on the couch to watch a movie or gathering around to watch a game on the Smart TV. If needed, there is a twin pull-out trundle bed available below the couch. The 6-person dining table is perfect for enjoying takeout or hosting home-cooked feasts. Enjoy games on the TV while taking in the bright view of the patio, all while savoring your favorite meal!

KITCHEN:
The upgraded kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher, as well as a drip coffee maker, kettle, and more. All the cookware, bakeware, and utensils you need are readily available to craft delicious, homemade meals. Turn on the portable speaker and enjoy some music as you cook. The 2 bar-top seats on the center island make a great spot for a quick breakfast or snacks while watching the game.

If work brings you to the city, there's a dedicated office space with a desk, office chair, work lamp, and an extra monitor for dual screen setup.

BEDROOM:
The primary bedroom in the condo offers a spacious and open layout without a door, providing easy flow throughout the space. The hotel-quality king bed is the focal point of the room, dressed in soft linens and fluffy pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep. For those who like to read before bed, there are two lamps along with the bedside tables. To feel truly at home, unpack using the large dresser and closet space.

BATHROOM:
Adjacent sits the ensuite bathroom featuring a large dual vanity with extended counter space, a soaking tub for relaxation after a day of hiking or skiing, a walk-in shower, and a separate water closet for added privacy. Additionally, there's a half bathroom located near the front door, complete with a sink and toilet for added convenience.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Take advantage of the beautiful spring air and summer sun out on the patio. Whether you're starting your day with a cup of coffee or ending it with a beverage of your choice, the outdoor space provides a fun and relaxing atmosphere.

AMENITIES:
During your stay, you will have access to a fully-equipped building fitness center that includes weight lifting machines, free weights, cardio equipment, and more. For your convenience, a reserved covered parking spot is also available for use if you have a rented car or drive into the city.

Guest access
Prior to your arrival, detailed instructions and access codes will be provided to check in to the building and retrieve keys from the secure lockbox.

During your stay, you will have full access to the unit, except for two closets, which may occasionally be used by the cleaning staff or the owners. Rest assured that your privacy will not be disturbed in any way during your stay.

***IMPORTANT*** Please note that the condo unit and building doors automatically lock when closed. To prevent being locked out, it is important to always carry your keys and key fob with you. To access stairwells, doors, and the fitness center, please ensure that you use the key specifically designated for accessing these areas.

To access garage parking and designated parking spot, use the unit key fob or garage door opener. The entrance to the parking garage is on Delgany Street. Please note that access to the parking spot is not available through the Wewatta garage entrance. Parking may also be available on the street, including Delgany Street at the back of the building. Alternatively, you can park at nearby parking garages, including the building directly across from the front entrance.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that the maximum number of guests listed on the property represents the maximum allowed capacity, not the minimum. To find out the specific number of guests included in the base rate, please reach out to us directly. Any extra guests exceeding the base number will be subject to an additional fee of $15 per guest per night. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
