A charming 3 bedroom duplex apartment in the heart of Cologne Sülz!
Quietly located yet close to cafes, restaurants and public transport - within 15 minutes you are by tram 18 or 9 in the city center.
You will especially enjoy the cozy living room and the great views and lots of sun thanks to the south-facing balcony!
Plus, you'll have your own office and desk - perfect for work trips.

The space
In the flat you'll find a living and dining area, kitchen with all amenities including a Sage espresso machine - if you fancy a coffee, go for it ;-).
You're welcome to take a seat on the comfortable couch, hang out and watch some Netflix on the 65" flat screen TV.
The bathroom comes with everything you need, including fresh towels, soap, shampoo and a hair dryer.
I have a dedicated office that I use to work from home, you're welcome to use the desk and my dual-monitor setup if you have the options to connect those to your laptop.
Currently, my office also serves as a part-time gym so I hope you the bench press, dumb bells and pull-up bar don't ruin the view for you ;-).
If you're so inclined, you're welcome to use these too!
Everything else is quite straight-forward, let me know if you need anything!
Other things to note
The only thing I'd ask is to treat the guitars as decoration more so playing instruments - I just got into learning guitar and they're my babies...hope you understand!
