Cute 1br Apt heart of LES on top of cafes! (WFH+)

AMAZING location+WFH friendly (big monitor and a Herman Miller office chair for use) - This apartment is in THE best location on top of the trendiest neighborhood in NYC. Lower East Side is full of great brunch places, trendy cafes, and cool bars. We are also next to Chinatown, East Village, and 6 different subway lines!

We travel often for work. If you would like to stay at our home but the dates are not available, please message us and we can try to accommodate your stay!

The space
We have a full bed in the bedroom and a really comfy sofa.

-It is a one bedroom apartment with a separate living room and kitchen. There is a big "window" between the bedroom and the living room to allow natural light to come through. This "window" is more like a big opening between the bedroom and the living room. So there is not really privacy between those rooms.
-Wifi, central heating, AC in the bedroom window and a small Dyson fan for the bedroom
-Please note that we have our own clothes in the mirror closet and the wooden dresser, but the bookshelf and top drawers will be cleared so that you can store your clothes and belongings there.
-Kitchen: feel free to use my various kitchen gadgets like the Breville Smart oven and what not, just clean up after yourself after.
-It is a 3rd floor walkup so please be aware of that before you book it (even though it feels like a 2 floor walkup).
-This is our home and not a generic Airbnb rental so please respect it.

Guest access
You will be able to access the whole apartment except for the mirror closet (please don't open it as it is also quite fragile) and the emergency staircase (not stable enough ironically...).

Other things to note
Please let us know if you will have additional guests that will be staying on the sofa so we can prepare additional sheets and pillows.

Depending on the arrival check in date and time, the key pick up might be a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We will verify your arrival time with you before booking so you're not blindsided by the key pick up.
