Bright treetop flat overlooking Clapham Common

Welcome to our flat above the trees, looking over Clapham Common.
Our architect-designed treehouse is an oasis of peace while also being the perfect base to explore London.
The flat has one main bedroom and a second room with a dedicated workspace which has a pull-out kingsize bed, we can accommodate up to four people comfortably.
Or, take your work-from-home set up to the next level by using the second room as the perfect office with views over the trees.
The space
The space is open and full of light. Modern design pairs beautifully with this characterful period property to create something really special. Full of green, the flat has almost 50 potted plants that bring nature inside (don't worry, you don't have to water them!).
The main living area is an open plan kitchen/dining/living room, with windows on either side so it's full of light. The kitchen is stocked full of all the amenities you'll need, with a full range gas hobs, oven & dishwasher.
On the other side of the room, the living space provides views through the trees towards the common. In the warmer months, it's a wall of green! A large, comfortable sofa allows you to relax, while a 55inch TV lets you binge-watch anything comfortably. This room has built in Bose surround sound - giving you a cinema like experience for your movie-night.
Next door is an office space with a daybed that can be extended into a king-size bed if needed. As I work from home full-time, the office space is decked out with an electric standing desk and monitor. Again, with views out over the trees, this is the perfect space to get some work done or convert it into an additional bedroom!
Making your way upstairs, you'll find the first balcony. This small but functional balcony has a bench & table - making it the place you'll want to be when the weather is right.
Upstairs is the master bedroom and shower room. The bed is a queen-size bed with a comfortable eco-mattress. Large window-doors lead out onto a smaller space where you can sit and look out over the trees, or to your right you'll see a view of the London sky-line.
My favourite space is actually the shower-room. Calm, beachy-vibes are paired with plants to create a serene space to shower in. As an extra special touch, enjoy the waterfall shower-head with the window open in summer to get a view as you shower.
There's also a downstairs bathroom with a bath. The bath is longer and deeper than a regular one, so indulge in a soothing soak after a long day exploring the city.
Guest access
You will get full and private access to the whole flat, although we will be nearby if you need any help during your stay.
The flat is located on Clapham Common, within walking distance of Old Town with its wonderful independent shops, Abbeville Road with quaint pubs and grocers, and Clapham High Street with bars and nightlife.
Cars & Parking: There is free parking in-front of the building, however it can be difficult to get a spot as there are only a few available. Nearby streets have special times when you can park or pay for up to 4 hours, although these are subject to the rules you'll find on the signs next to them.
Tube: The flat is ideally located a 5-minute walk away from both Clapham Common and Clapham South tube stations (both on the Northern line). This line extends all the way up to north London, calling at key stations like: Waterloo, London Bridge, Leicester Square, and King's Cross/Euston. This makes the tube ideal for travelling to and from the flat.
Train: We are located a half an hour walk through the park from the large train station Clapham Junction. This station works as a hub for many of the main railway lines out of London, especially the Gatwick Express. Nearby buses run regularly to Clapham Junction as well.
Bus: There are many bus routes available, taking you directly into different parts of the city. Routes up to Chelsea are common and allow access to the famous King's Road, the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, and independent restaurants.
