Enjoy the sun, beach, golf, shopping and a peaceful retreat. Very comfortable home with big TV, fast fibre Internet and a large quiet deck with private hot tub in a shaded large backyard.
Mayo clinic is an 8 minute drive, 5 minutes to beach free parking and 7 minutes drive to 3 grocery stores, Target, Ross... Beaches Baptist Hospital is 3 blocks, Jacksonville Beach golf course is 8 blocks, with heaps of good restaurants. TPC is a 20 minute drive.
No pets or animals.
The space
We have a very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood, with a large shaded back yard with many trees. Enjoy the owls watch you, and relax on the large deck with a outside stereo. Table and chairs under a umbrella makes outside meals a fun time.
The hot tub is a great place to relax and enjoy the peace under the stars. Lots of jets with a massive therapy jet for those deep aches.
Inside, Marie's artwork is in every room. Ceiling fans with remotes are in every room but the dining, Fast fiber WiFi, cool central ducted Air Conditioning and heat if needed. Screens on all windows and the front storm door allow the cool sea breezes in cool weather.
Family Room has a 58" plasma TV with FireTV , PS/3, WII, and a few games for each, dual reclining sofas with hardwood floors.
Kitchen is complete w/side by side refrigerator with ice & water. Every kitchen appliance is available for your use. We probably have what you need!
The kitchen is recently remodeled with dishwasher, garbage disposals, side by side refrigerator with ice and filtered water, and a large pantry in the garage.
Large Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and plush king sized bed for deep relaxing sleep. Bathroom has a large shower and toilet with bidet, custom mirror and lighting.
Front Bedroom has a firm queen bed and lots of light, views of the flowers and trees in the front and side yard.
Common bathroom has a full sized tub with shower, toilet and sink with a makeup mirror.
The front room/office has a workspace with a standing/sitting desk with dual monitors, another desk. A full wall of windows gives a great workspace a great view. A comfortable futon is also in the the room for sitting or additional sleeping space.
We include beach cruiser bikes for your use. Please lock! Pump if needed. Do not ride in the water and rinse after use.
The garage has a washer, dryer and laundry sink. Our cars, PWCs and kayaks are stored in the garage but are NOT included.
The center bedroom is locked and contains our stuff.
The beach is a 5-minute drive and there is free parking right at the beach.
Our home is a 2-minute drive to Baptist hospital beaches (3 blocks), and just 12 minutes to the Mayo Clinic, and our neighbor next door is home, and loves to help (very sweet lady in her 50s).

Guest access
You can access the entire house, except for the center bedroom, and the garage has our cars/PWC/Kayaks stored and is not for guest use. Our motorhome is under cover in the side yard, and our truck is in the driveway.
In the garage, you will find beach toys, beach umbrellas, and two beach cruiser (bicycles) for guest use. Please use the locks on our bikes. An air pump is available if tires are low.
Other things to note
Our motorhome is in the side yard, under a cover. Our Nissan frontier is in driveway.
While you have access to the garage, please do not access or go beyond the tubs, or climb on anything. Please keep children out of the garage, as they could get hurt climbing on/under things.
