The space
WOW! Location, location, location, in the heart of West Palm Beach (Rosemary Square/City Place). Beautiful marble flooring through-out the living areas. Great city views and within walking distance to shopping boutiques, fine dining and entertainment right outside your door.
A gorgeous 3 story townhome with an abundance of space is just steps from City Place.
The first floor has the attached garage, laundry, and a den with a pull out twin sofa and desks with monitors if you need to get any work done. Why work at home when you can work in paradise!
On the second floor you'll find the generous size living room that has high vaulted ceilings, plenty of comfy seating, and an 80 inch smart TV for a relaxing movie night and a queen sized pull out couch.
The second floor kitchen has granite countertops with stainless steel appliances, and is full stocked with an accompanying dining area around the corner.
Head to the top floor for the two bedrooms each with it's own en suite. One features one queen bed and a 50 inch television. The main bedroom includes two queen beds and an en suite bathroom has roman tub, dual sink with granite countertop vanity.
Enjoy the community pool located on the other side of the complex. Instructions for pool access will be included in your welcome email.
You'll have access to the attached garage where you'll have access to one parking spot with additional parking located in the parking garage.
Stays from February 2022 on, there is contruction happening next to the property, the pricing has been adjusted down to reflect this inconvenience.
Guest access
You'll be provided with the door code to access the front door and a code to the garage prior to your stay. The garage door remote is available for your convenience during your stay and is hanging on the key hook in the kitchen on the second floor. You'll be able to park one vehicle in the garage.
Garage Entrance is located directly behind the townhouse. Large Black Gate.
Please do not park outside the townhouse garage.
Please do not lock bottom lock of front door as you won’t be able to renter.
Additional parking is available in the parking garage next door with a per day fee.
