Medium private room at the heart of Melbourne CBD

Location, location, location!
Private room in a spacious apartment at the heart of Melbourne CBD provides access to all that Melbourne has to offer owing its location next to Melbourne Central. This is THE center of the center.
Share the apartment with me and with 1 or 2 other guests. However, usually you will not notice everyone's presence as this is very quiet apartment and layout of the unit allows maximum privacy.
The space
Living room is merged with dining area (see dining area photos) as the unit is meant to be functional, designed for active tourists who are always on the go, mostly out and about to check out Melbourne city and prefer functionality over comfort that comes with cosy/spacious living room.
There are one and half bathrooms (see pictures) and they are shared. There has been no issue with cleanliness because I clean them daily. However, very very occasionally there might be small wait to use shower in the morning. If you are here for work and need to leave early morning at a fixed time, let me know so I can coordinate the use of bathroom with others to allow you priority.
Guest access
All areas are accessible except other bedrooms.
Other things to note
For check-in, the key will be handed to you in person by me. However, in a very rare event where I am not able to pass the key to you in person, I will arrange for key safe check in. Don't worry, clear step by step instructions will be sent to you if such needs arise.
Cooking is allowed if carried out with precautions. When you cook, you must turn on exhaust fan from the rangehood above the stove and also open the window in hall way for circulation of cooking smoke. If not sure how to do these things, please ask myself. These would have been explained to you in person when you check in, but we are happy to explain again if need be at any point in time. This is very important as last time someone burnt something and open the door which caused the smoke to travel to the lift area and activated the building fire alarm.
If you are a light sleeper, please bring your own quality earplugs to put on when you sleep as the street traffic can be noisy at times. Otherwise, a cheap complementary pair of ear plugs is provided by me. I guess this is a small price to pay to be staying in the central most locations of Melbourne CBD! Out of 37 guests, only 2 guests have brought up this issue.
Toileteries (toilet tissue rolls, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, handwash, toilet cleaning liquid, toilet brush, tooth brush, tooth paste, bathrobe, bath towels) are provided. Also provided is coffee machine with coffee pods (and also milk upon request).
You are allowed to bring an occasional visitor, but please do not make noise late night (after 11pm) and please ask visitor NOT to use bathroom in the morning as morning tends to be busy time for bathroom use.
If you wish to "work from home" while on holiday in Melbourne, I have also recently arranged for dual monitors to be placed in the room (refer photos). Keyboard and mouse to be provided upon request.
For the safety of airbnb guest, there is a security camera located at dining area to cover kitchen and apartment entrance door.
Lastly, when I say I am "The Best Host", I am not joking. You can see from my other listings as well that 99% of guests have given me 5 star overall ratings.
