Shared bathroom & common spaces like kitchen & living room.
The space
Fully furnished bedroom recently remodeled and painted. Deck, dresser and closet space with hangers, Zen fountain, luxury chair, 32" HD smart TV, Alexa, PC work station with dual monitors, amazing light, super comfortable luxury chair, plus sheep skin rug, amazingly comfortable full sized bed with awesome sheets. Air-conditioning and heat, fans, accessories, etc. It's really quite an amazing space and you will love it!
Guest access
Gourmet Kitchen for light usage if kept clean. Full usage for $10-15 per day depending on needs. Space in refrigerator in kitchen. Use of living room with fireplace, decks and sitting areas in the dining room with amazing morning light makes for the best way to start a day of adventure! Lawn chairs in the front yard with flower, herb and vegetable gardens in the summer.
During your stay
I am a super friendly and helpful person and will be there to check you in and get you familiar with the house. Humans are an amazingly diverse group and I understand the myriad of situations you face as a traveler. Ask and I'll do my best to provide you with anything that will make your stay in Boulder that much more magical!
