The space
1350 square feet total: 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room/office, den/dining area, backyard.
Upstairs: Large bedroom with full bathroom en-suite, king size bed, 65" TV, and balcony overlooking rear of house. Medium bedroom with king size bed, 55" TV, and balcony overlooking front of house. Full bathroom in hallway.
Downstairs: Living room with extremely comfortable sectional couch, dual workstation (ergonomic chairs & monitors), and 65" TV. Den/dining area with dining table and 6 chairs, twin double daybed, and 55" TV. Covered backyard/patio area with 6 chairs. Fully-equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer.
There is room to park at least 3 vehicles: one or two cars in the driveway and two cars fit in front of the house right outside the gate.

The whole house and lot is yours and yours alone.

Please close doors after opening them and eat either in kitchen/dining area or outside. This helps keep the home pest-free.
