The upstairs of the home features 3 bedrooms; 1 en suite master bedroom,
1 queen bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds.
The lower floor features a bedroom with queen size bed , study/work area, and a sitting area.
Relax on a luxury hotel grade mattresses and soft cotton bedsheets. We provide 100% Egyptian cotton towels with complimentary, hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
**KIDS
Kids have a dedicated room with two twin beds and neutral colors. The room is designed with the creativity of your child in mind, so we included a lego wall with lego pieces and a chalk board wall for the kids to explore their artistic side. There are kid friendly cup and plates. Booster chairs for dinning. Activity table with blocks.
**PETS
We provide a comfortable pet bed, bowl set, leash and bags for pick up. Cleaning supplies.
Get active with a quick game of catch in large backyard. Take longer walks and explore nature while in the Brickyard trail (located behind the house). or walk to the Buckland Park (3 minutes walk) and make new friends!
**KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for cooking and baking. We provide pots, pans, baking pans, mixing bowls, serve ware, flat ware and table ware.
The appliances in the kitchen include a full-size double door refrigerator, stainless steel dishwasher, large sink, microwave, and electric stove.
Small appliances include: rice cooker, crock-pot, blender, toaster oven. There is also a spice rack with

The morning always feels better if you start with the right beverage, coffee, or tea. We provide complimentary beverage to start your day. This includes assorted flavors of tea and coffee with cream and sweeteners.
**LIVING/FAMILY ROOM
This is a bright and open space complete with leather sofas sitting on a beautiful rug in front of a large screen smart tv. The space connects effortlessly to the dinning area for easy movement.
**WORK STATIONS
One is located in the bedroom downstairs for a private work related call.
For the working nomad, we provide another work area which features an electric adjustable desk, monitor and ergonomic chair. There is a FEDEX located in 12 corners which is a walking distance from the house.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire home and any area that is not locked.
Guest are also welcome to use the garage if needed.

Families traveling with pets. We provide feeding station, large dog bed, leash, dog poop bags/holders and towels to wipe paws before entry each time.
1. For the safety of yours and other pets please show us proof of flea/tick/grooming treatments in the last 72 hours before the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. Pet must be toilet trained and/or 2 years old.
3. Wipe paws each time the pet returns to the house
4. Clean up any accidents that occurs during the stay.
5. You will be responsible for any damages by the pet.
