Studio "Tomislav", warm place for two near the sea

Studio apartment, 32m2 for 1 or 2 persons, with balcony and sea view. Supermarket, market, pubs, park, hospital and bus just around. About 10 min walk to the beach (1 km) and 25 min (2 km) to the city center (Diocletian's palace). No need to use your car if you like to walk, like me. Everything is quite near. And the studio is very colourful and very well equipped. You will make yourself almost at home.

The space
It's nice and warm studio apartment, most suitable for solo travelers or for a couple. Also suitable for business travellers. It wouldn't be suitable if you are with children. The apartment is warmly coloured with adjustable illumination. Small balcony is at your disposal for morning coffee or for evening relaxation. Personally, I like to work in there too. There is a separate bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine.

Guest access
Everything inside is at your disposal. Flat broad internet with wired or wireless connection. Download speed up to 200 Mbits and upload at 20 Mbits. Cable TV, DVD player, microwave oven. The brand new smart Android TV is introduced from may 2021, which enables you the use of internet app such as internet radio (free). If you have your your personal Netflix account you can use Netflix as well.

Other things to note
If you are a business traveler or a businessman on vacation or a digital nomad, there is a small desk where you can put your laptop and connect it to an external monitor which is also provided and included in the price.

Visitors could appreciate the music box with FM radio, USB and CD player, which could be useful, for example, if you get stuck in the apartment due to bad weather.

There's a guitar too... if you know how to play it.
