-Reservation contract between host and Airbnb-

1. Our property allows for short and long stays. Guests must submit their passport before staying. This is due to the obligation to submit to the Cambodia Immigration Bureau and to register the stay of the guest in the corporation that operates the condo.

We understand your safety concerns. However, it is necessary to follow the corporate policy of condo management and Cambodia policy, so I would like you to understand. Please be assured that it will not be used in any other way.

※So we ask guest to take passport picture and send to us on our Airbnb inbox. It will safe for both side of guest and host. So please do not worry about safety.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

2. Please inform us your expected check-in time in advance before check-in date around 5-7 days.

3. Check-in is from 10 AM to 6 PM and is not possible any other time. Please check out by 12:00 pm. Please note that late check-out may result in the host paying double the room charge.

4. This property is a private residence, and we have given due consideration to safety. Please let us know the exact check-in time at the condo in advance so that guests and staff can make a promise regarding the check-in time.

5. The Host reserves the right to deduct the late checkout fee from the deposit.

5. Under the rights of the host, even if there is a guest, the room can be confirmed within the range specified by law.

6. Condominiums have signs indicating that daily rentals are illegal or not allowed. Please note that all private homes in Cambodia have these signs. This sign is not just a special issue for us. This is to ensure that the concept of sharing places is not yet perfect, so there is no inconvenience during your stay. It's always a process to report to a representative about a guest's stay, so feel free to stay.

7. If you have any problems or questions, please contact Airbnb directly. Do not go to the condominium front desk.

8. We are not responsible for the personal belongings of guests. In case of loss of important documents or valuables, guests are responsible for their own.

9. Please keep your voice to a minimum, as the property is a private accommodation after 8 pm. Please be careful not to disturb your neighbors in order to avoid complaints and fines from the person in charge.

9. For Wi-Fi Internet system, it is a system problem and if it is slow or does not work due to rain, it cannot be solved directly. We only cover rooms.
- Sometimes there is problem about WiFi signal, please take a picture of wifi router to our staff for check it. And please give our staff a time for contact WiFi company. Our staff will try our best to help you solve the problem. So please wait.


-Others point-

1. The gym and pool are on the 12th floor. Please do not make a lound noise or interrupt other guest.

2. If you have food in the room, we recommend keeping it in the fridge as it may cause ants. We are not responsible for cleaning it.
