Welcome to our cozy home! Our Airbnb is located in a quiet, safe & friendly neighborhood, within easy reach of Sevilla's city center via metro, bus or bike (which we can provide) . With all amenities, living room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, terrace, bedroom with super comfy bed, desk, ergonomic chair, built-in wardrobe, natural light, fast and reliable Wi-Fi. Pool during summer. Supermarket across the street. Perfect for a peaceful getaway or work/study.
The space
The Living Room & Terrace
The interior of our home boasts all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The living room is spacious and inviting. It offers a cozy lounging area with a comfortable sofa and a smart TV (with HBO), ideal for relaxation and entertainment. Plus, there's a spacious dining area with a large table, perfect for enjoying meals. One of the best parts of the living room is the stunning view of the sunset that you can enjoy from the windows. The gentle breeze that flows through the open windows adds to the experience, making it even more relaxing and refreshing. From the living room you can access a balcony - terrace where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your morning coffee while reading a book. However, be warned that our cat Missy may come over to say hello and curl up in your lap. Don't worry, she loves meeting new guests and is always up for some cuddles. So, if you're a cat lover, you'll definitely appreciate her company during your stay. In addition, the terrace features a dart board so you can practice your dart-throwing skills if you enjoy playing.
The Kitchen & Laundry Room
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, oven, toaster, pots, pans, and all the necessary cooking utensils . Enjoy added convenience with a dishwasher for effortless cleanup. There's also a dining area. If you enjoy cooking in batches, we provide air-tight containers, so you can easily store and preserve your culinary creations. You will have an allocated space in the fridge, freezer, and pantry, but we can make as much room as you need. From the kitchen you can access the laundry room, complete with a washing machine and detergent.
The room
Whether you're a digital nomad or a student, the room has got you covered with a desk and an ergonomic Herman Miller chair (the most comfortable chair, allowing for +8h of comfortable seating - additionally it’s very breathable and fully adjustable) for all your work or study needs. It also comes with fast and reliable Wi-Fi. There's a 4k monitor that you can connect your laptop to if you wish to gain some screen real estate. The walls are thick, offering good sound isolation and thus ensuring privacy and a peaceful and quiet enviroment to work, study or simply rest after a day of exploring the city. The bed is firm and very comfortable, and the room has a silent ceiling fan to keep you cool whenever you need it. In addition, the room includes a built-in wardrobe with ample storage space and a bookcase stocked with books in different languages. There's extra storage space in the form of drawers at each side of the desk that will make it even easier to keep the bedroom clutter-free. The space is airy and bright, with plenty of natural light coming in through the window. The window features a privacy blind (this is a one way blind, which allows you to see out during the day while maintaining complete privacy from the outside) and shutters that can completely block the light from outside during the night allowing for a restful sleep.
The Bathroom
The bathroom, located just a few steps away from the room, is fully stocked with soft towels, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body soap).
Right outside the apartment
◉ Supermarkets: just 1 min away from the doorstep there's a supermarket where you can find all your grocery needs. You can also find a lovely local produce shop that offers a great selection of local organic fruit and veg. We can provide you with a convenient shopping trolley bag during your stay if you plan on buying in bulk.
◉ Restaurants, bars and tapas: You'll find a range of restaurants and cafes just a short walk away, serving everything from traditional cuisine to international flavors. Whether you're in the mood for a quick bite or a leisurely meal, there's something to suit every taste.
◉ Swimming pool: the apartment complex boast a swimming pool that’s open during summer months. Whether you want to take a refreshing swim, soak up some sun, or simply relax by the pool, it's the perfect place to unwind. The swiming pool is free, of course :)
◉ Street parking: perfect if you come by car or plan to rent one. There’s always plenty of space available so you won’t have any problems parking your car.
◉ There's also pharmacies and several gyms in the area, including a boxing club.
◉ Bus stop: (6 min walk) it will take you to the city Center (≈30min). It’s a convenient way to explore all that the city has to offer. You can also walk to the metro (13min) or bike to the metro (5min) which takes 15min to get to the city center (so in total ≈ 30 and ≈20min respectively).
