Bright and breezy, this penthouse boasts a supremely comfortable king size bed and an open kitchen that is fully equipped, and a lovely balcony with a great view to have your morning coffee.
This apartment is perfect for a couple doing remote work while staying in Escazú (especially those that prioritize postural hygiene at the office).
The space
Upon entry you will find an open-plan kitchen with lots of natural light and a big breakfast counter that can seat up to 4 people. The kitchen overlooks the living room / dining room, which has tall ceilings and a balcony overlooking the city/mountains. There is a full bathroom in the living room.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with a newly bought (2023) king size bed with ergonomic mattress. Ample closet space.
The second bedroom is a dedicated office with a 27 inch 2k LG monitor that offers 144hz refresh rate, as well as a laptop tray and a new (2023) ergonomic office chair. Plug in your laptop and you will be ready to go.
On the second floor, up a flight of steps, you will have the TV room and the second work area, also equipped with a monitor (samsung, 24 inches). Also on this level is the laundry will washer and dryer, and another full bathroom.

Full access to the entire apartment, except for one owners close on the second floor.
There is a pool and gym to which you will also have access.
