As hosts we are hiring one of the room in our main house. Please be aware you are not just hiring a room but becoming part of our family.
The house equally distanced to central city, airport, business hubs, industrial areas. Walking distance to public transport, shopping center. Very short drive; to highly rated restaurants and bars (though if you are planning to have good time at bar please ask for assistance from us for ride) and the beach.
The space
We have uncapped, unshaped 100Mbps fiber supported with 3 routers and mikro ups's installed for possible power cuts.
There is a work desk with chair in your room and additional monitor. If you are fond of reading we have wide variety of books.
You will have own private shower and toilet.
Off street parking for a vehicle and enough storage space for kite surfing, boarding equipment and even for bycle.
There is a Bar Fridge, 3 door medium cupboard and another cupboard that may work as pantry.
Guest access
Your room is in the main house, you are welcome to enjoy the lounge, dining area and kitchen.
You will have dedicated shower and toilet.
Garden, pool, barbecue/braai area will be shared with possible other guests from our other unit.
There is also a free of charge laundary room with washing machine and drier for comon use.
During your stay
We ran our business from home office. We allow your privacy and we are accessible conveniently.
We have another listings under description you will share the garden, barbecue/braai area and pool with those guests if and when need be.
Other things to note
There is a famous bunny called Fatty roaming in the garden freely together with his rescue friend Bimo in day time, please keep door closed. He will be looking for your attention time to time, you can pat him, loves it. Also watch your step not to run over him.
Our house is very close to Flamingo Vlei Dam, pros you can have peaceful walks and cons; birds will woke you up with their chirping early in the morning.
No smoking indoors, no parties and no excessive noise allowed. Between 22h00 and 06h00 are the quite times except if all guests and hosts agree to come together for a special party.
