This 4th generation family property has everything a traveling professional requires for furnished living in the City of Angels.

The space
The bachelor studio is a detached guesthouse on the property of a 4th generation Mexican-American family. There are 2 other houses on the property with small families. The casita is located between the two larger homes and packs a big punch. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, Keurig, 2-burner gas cook top, mini-fridge, and sink. 1 bedroom with queen-bed and an office alcove with desk and charging station + full bathroom w/tub + 5g home WiFi + 2 flatscreens. AND there is dedicated parking spot.

Guest access
You will have access to an onsite parking space, a standalone guesthouse, and a small garden area next to the studio. Please be respectful to the neighbors and feel free to interact.
