The space
BE THE FIRST TO STAY IN THIS NEWLY LISTED PLACE!
An easy and self check-in option, this top floor tranquil space is located in a small set of apartments. With a short staircase leading from the car bay to the apartment entrance, this is truly a retreat by the ocean ready for anyone who loves to enjoy the sound of waves as they rise in the morning.
The apartment is bright with natural lighting, cosy and designed with a calm ocean vibe. Relax in the main living room and enjoy the sea breeze on summer evenings before the sunset or for those who prefer to hibernate, the sound of rain on those winter days.
The main bedroom has been simply decorated with a queen sized bed and lots of storage for long term stays. Equipped with large white blinds, you can control the amount of natural light for those deep sleeps and natural light rises in the morning.
The second room has been set up as an office / health room for those who are on business trips, digital nomads or working from home. The space also has a bicycle hook for those who cycle and an infrared sauna which can be made available for use. Instructions will be sent should you decide to use the sauna.
A fully equipped kitchen, this truly is a beautiful space to enjoy chats with friends while pouring a glass of wine or mindfully getting ready for the start of the day watching the sunrise while making your morning coffee. For those who love to cook from scratch, this kitchen has everything! To help you settle into the space, paper towels, cleaning items and hand soap will be provided as well as basic coffee and tea making items.
The bathroom also includes the toilet, washing machine and dryer. Everything you need to make the stay convenient. Basic natural products will also be made available.
A small and intimate outdoor setting, you can enjoy weekend drinks on the balcony while enjoying the sunrise hue in the distance.

Extra pillows can be provided if required. All linen, towels and beach towels are included.
Digital Nomads + WFH
I know how important it is to have the right space to work from home as I am also a digital nomad and when living in the space would work from home. A dedicated space has been designed with:

A great coffee maker and kettle to power you through the day
Guest access
Private and secure parking is available at the base of the staircase leading to the apartment. If you require a second parking bay, one is available in the main car park opposite the apartment.
A lock box at the apartment entrance is available for a 24 hour self check in process. Note, a confirmation message with the combination key will be sent before your arrival.
Guests will have entire access to all areas of the apartment with the exception of the sauna in the second room unless requested separately.
Other things to note
The Scarborough community is a ‘vibe’! A beautiful precinct to enjoy, the apartment is walking distance to some of the best beaches in Perth, excellent cafes, restaurants and bars and pubs. For those more health conscious travellers, excellent high class gyms are a short walk away and an amazing coastline to run along to enjoy the good weather and view.
Equipped with Netflix and high speed wifi available for those who need to work from the space or hibernate and chill in the evenings.
