We share 2 bathrooms, a nice kitchen with dining area for 2 people, a large living room, 55" smart TV, another dining area for 6 people and a beautiful veranda.
Premises:
The chalet extends over two floors. The ground floor offers a living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a home office room. The living-dining room with 55" Smart TV and pellet stove is charmingly furnished and invites you to linger. The well-equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, electric stove, oven and fridge-freezer combination, as well as a dining table for 2 people. The laundry room is behind the kitchen and features a washing mashine and a dryer. The living room leads to the partially covered sun terrace with outdoor shower and sun loungers. It's also great to work here!
On the upper floor there is a beautiful bathroom with tub and bidet as well as 3 other home office rooms.
Within walking distance are shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful sandy beach of Sa Ràpita (1500m away), which merges into Es Trenc, the socalled "Caribbean Sea of Europe". The airport of Palma is 25 minutes by car, there is a bus connection and the next larger town of Campos with perfect infrastructure (LIDL, ALDI, MÜLLER, Mercadona, Eroski, hardware store and much more) is only 9 km away.

You have access to all common areas, your rented room is your private area.
During your stay
I am happy to offer a long-term room in a shared flat for home office purposes in my house a few meters from the sea.
Other things to note
The room must be rented for a minimum of 31 days or more.

The rental price depends on the room size and month.
The additional costs (20% per month) are included and consist of electricity, water, waste disposal and pellets for the pellet stove.
A deposit of 300€ must be paid.
