5. This bathroom is Japanese style, so the bathroom drain water might slowly, but don't worry. It will slowly drain.
※ There is switch for turn on hot water heater beside bathroom. If guest do not sure where is switch, please contact staff at Airbnb inbox.
6. Late check out
Guests staying longer than check-out time without permission will be charged double the room rate.
7. If the appliance in the room causes loss or damage, as well as soiled bed sheets and beds, compensation shall be made according to the price.
8. Everything in the room can only be used here and cannot be taken away.
9. When nearby the listing, take care not to disturb the neighbours. Please don't make loud noises, no partying or any other type of loud behaviour.
- Quiet hours are from 9PM to 9AM.

11. Turn EVERYTHING off when leaving the house and lock the door.

14. Lastly, I simply ask you ( the guest ) to have consideration towards the house and The neighbours as if they were your own.
15. If you extend your reservation on the morning of your check-out date, you will have to pay the cleaning cancellation fee. Because we may have to pay cancellations fee because our cleaners may already be on their way to the apartment. If you want to extend your stay, please advise us at least 48 hours before your check-out.

Looking at Cambodian infrastructure, there is still a long way to go from what foreigner people want. However, it is not enough to cause a power outage or other problems, and the power supply is sufficient, so I hope you can rest assured about that point.
There may be some issues with the stability of your internet connection, but this is the responsibility of the provider and cannot be fixed or supported here. Please understand that we cannot solve any Internet problems by contacting us.
If you notice the smell of the toilet drain, flush the drain on the back of the toilet. The water in the drain will heat up. Pour water into the drain next to the toilet and turn on the ventilation fan.
Cambodia also has developing regions.
