Perfectly located just 3 blocks south of Central Ave in St. Pete! 10 mins to DTSP, Historic Gulfport or the gulf beaches.
This two story Spanish style home built in 1925 has been recently remodeled and can sleep up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms.
Our home is bright & light, and is fully equipped for your vacation & relaxation needs.
The backyard has big shady trees where the local parrots & birds love to hang out, be sure to peak out the windows and enjoy time & meals outdoors.
The space
The main floor of the home features the living room, dining, fully equipped kitchen, half bathroom, and den. The second floor is where the bedrooms are and two additional full bathrooms
As you enter the home, you will be welcomed by the living room. Which features comfortable sofas with a TV hanging above the wood burning fireplace. On the TV it has YouTube TV for you to enjoy and on the fire stick feel free to use your log in on any app you prefer. Also there is a reading nook off the stair case which has 2 recliners giving you the best view of the room and the TV.
The den includes a 3D zero gravity massage chair that will have you relaxed. Choose from a variety of massages including on your hands and feet! The room also has a desk to work at, and yoga mats and light weights to use at your leisure.
On the front porch you’ll find space to relax and sip your coffee. And in the large backyard there’s a gas grill and outdoor patio table to enjoy a meal at. In the back of the yard you will find a shed that has 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and 2 bikes for your use (1 male, 1 small 24 inch female).
As you take the stairs to the second floor are the 3 bedrooms. Master suite with King bed is spacious with private en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a frameless glass shower.
The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with views of the backyard. And the third bedroom or “office” has a second desk (standing desk with 34" curved monitor) in the house with bunk beds that have a twin and full bed to sleep in. Both guest and office room share a bathroom that has a tub to soak in.
Guest access
Entire property is for your use during the stay, the property is partially fenced in and has long drive way leading into the backyard.
All closets are locked for homeowner use. Each room has wardroom to hang clothes and dressers as featured in pictures.
Feel free to use the massage chair, yoga and weights equipment indoors, as well as the bikes and beach chairs located outdoors in the shed.
Both TV's in the home have youtube TV for your use, as well as a firesticks for you to log in with your information and access all the entertainment you might want.
Excellent free high speed wifi in the home that works great on both levels of the home.

Home is in a residential neighborhood, no loud noise past 10pm.
