The space
Both bedrooms include full private en-suite bathrooms. The Master bedroom includes a walk-in closet, double sink vanities, and a beautiful walk-in shower.
The kitchen features a gas range stove top, marble counter tops, and a DeLonghi espresso machine.
If you need to work during your trip, the machine powered standing desk comes with a 32 inch monitor, keyboard and mouse along with standard connection cables for your use.
In addition to the two full bathrooms, there is also a half bath on the living room floor and a powder room on the entry level beside the mud room.
The rooftop is a private deck with mountain and city views, gas grill, dining table, and lounge area. It's my favorite place for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
Guest access
Broncos stadium (also called Empower Field) is less than half a mile away, about a 5 minute walk south.
Other local attractions include , Elitch Gardens, The Pepsi Center, Downtown Aquarium and Confluence park, all within easy walking or biking access.
Top Denver restaurants El Five, Linger, and hot cocktail bar Lady Jane are also about a 10 minute walk from this location.
