The space
You'll feel all your cares float away as you soak up the sun in the saltwater pool and relax in the hammock and outdoor sofa with fire pit. Use the outdoor grill and dine al fresco at the outdoor picnic table, or indoor at a large dining table for 8 and bar seating for 4 at the kitchen island. The chef's kitchen is fully stocked with an air fryer and all the cooking equipment. Java and tea lovers will enjoy the deluxe coffee/tea station with Moccamaster, Keurig, French press, pourover coffee and electric kettle. There are four 4K smart TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room, with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN. If you love to play, you'll be busy with ping pong, cornhole, air hockey, foosball, video arcade and skee ball as well as a full set of board games. Parents of little ones will appreciate the pack and play and high chair. Work from home with two desks (one standing desk), high speed internet, and USB ports on the nightstand and desk lamps for easy charging (bring your own cables). Stay active with a Peloton bike, weight set and yoga mat. And at night, drift off to sleep on the comfortable Zinus Green Tea memory foam mattress and crisp Brooklinen sheets.

Parking on the driveway is available for up to three cars. Please do not park on the street.
Other things to note
Minimum age 21 to rent. Signed rental agreement required prior to booking confirmation. Maximum occupancy is 6 adults and their dependent children (10 total) per city of Scottsdale regulations. Names/ages of all guests (adults and children) must be provided in advance--no unauthorized guests or guests over the maximum occupancy. No parties/events. No pets (except verified service animals). Wifi door locks allow for contactless self check in. Security cameras in place at front door, front yard, garage door and back gate. Please be considerate of the neighbors--NoiseAware monitors will detect excessive noise. Pool heating available Oct-Apr for extra $75/night fee (24 hr advance notice needed to heat the pool). Guests have access to the entire property except for locked owner's closets in the laundry room, living room, hallway and outdoor shed that store extra cleaning and maintenance supplies.
