Cheerful wooden chalet close to Frankfurt

30 Minutes from Frankfurt City Centre | 30 Minutes from the ECB (European Central Bank) | 30 Minutes from Frankfurt Airport and Central Station.
Without traffic, you can easily make it into Frankfurt city center under 30 minutes, to Kronberg / Königstein in under 15, and Bad Homburg or Eschborn in under 20 :)
Spacious & serene Chalet + Garden. You will find a completely wooden chalet made via Polar Spruce from Finland, natural stone floors, and a serene natural garden & surrounding views.
The space

You will find:
-> an all-natural, sustainably built Finnish Chalet house with the best possible air quality inside
-> located on a mountain peak (630 meters = 2066 feet above sea level) just under 30 minutes north of Frankfurt, providing the natural highest air quality outside as well
-> ample, easy parking, so that you can arrive and relax hassle-free
-> Convenient connectivity to Frankfurt and all its locations
-> Convenient, high-speed internet connectivity throughout the Chalet via Starlink Network, (plus Fibre Optics Internet arriving in the summer of 2023)
-> 3 large bedrooms with large king-size beds, 1 extra guest bedroom underground , and a large comfy living room sofa
-> Unique amenities such as a Tile Stove, made in Germany
-> An outside Garden Sauna, made in Finnland
The chalet sleeps 8 people easily and in comfort: 3 double beds (3x 2 guests =6) upstairs. And one additional comfortable underground room with wooden floors, double radiator heating as well as a working desk and walnut finish. Theoretically, 9 or even 10 could work as well, if the final 2 guests slept on the super comfortable living room sofa :).
Guest access
You have a whole, large house to yourself, including the garden, sauna, and all three floors in the house. We do not focus on the basement (a fully decked-out European basement with 2.40m = 7.87-foot ceilings) just yet, as we prioritized the ground and upper levels.
You can enjoy full privacy, including in the garden. There is a vast forest directly adjacent to the property lot, but also kind, open neighbors and infrastructure. We have a remote, small section of the house for storing fresh linen and supplies, but we access this via a separate section and its own separate entrance & door. We like our privacy and solitude when we travel, and, following the 'golden rule', we like to offer the same to our guests :).
For the lower, basement floor, we do offer an additional, third bathroom. For the fall of 2023, we are planning a large flat screen TV (65") as well as a home gym :), which we will make available to guests :).
Other things to note
You can rely on a complimentary Welcome pack with 20 Original Nespresso Capsules for your stay, as well as a starter kit (100% sustainable firestarters and professionally dried wood for the lovely fireplace :). Please expect large towels as well and of course smaller wash towels on top.
Regarding self-check-in vs. the more personal experience, we are flexible. If you would like to use the Finnish Garden Sauna and/or the fireplace, we like to offer a quick, friendly, and polite discreet check-in to offer a quick "How-To" in person :).
The property has zero 'recording devices'. We are in the European Union with strict data protection laws; I myself operate a global Marketing Team and value privacy. There are no cameras, noise monitors, or comparable devices anywhere within the guest access areas.
We do also like transparency and to help you, the guest, to set authentic expectations -> "underpromise & overdeliver":
1. For the time being, our kitchen fridge does not come with a powerful freezer (yet).
2. Like many larger houses and apartments in Germany, we can not offer you a fully air-conditioned house. We are working on this, but please note: the 630 meters (2066 feet ;) above sea level actually makes quite the difference vs. e.g. Frankfurt: it tends to be between 4-8° Celsius cooler "up here" than in Frankfurt :).
3. Regarding cleanliness: we do our very best to work with professional cleaners and are regulars at a professional dry-cleaning service nearby. Finding reliable, efficient cleaners can pose a challenge in the region, but we are doing our best to work with guest feedback and raise our standard of cleanliness to achieve the highest level possible!
