The "Flex Bedroom / Office" is perfect for Digital nomads or remote workers. FAST 500Mbps internet + Printer + standup electric desk mounted with 2x 24" monitors to connect your laptop + Bright space & can work on the terrace. Includes queen comfy foam Murphy bed that folds away in the wall.
Large 65" LED TV + Netflix + Beanbag. The couch has a pullout double bed.
Unit is on ground floor in a safe & quiet area. 15 min walk to amazing beaches, close to supermarket, pubs, restaurants, etc...
The space
I have renovated the bedroom to make it a " FLEX BEDROOM / OFFICE SPACE" It is a fully functional home office during the day. At night the Murphy Queen size foam bed folds out of the wall cabinet. There are also Electrical outlets & USB ports on both sides of the bed to charge your electronic devices.
It has an electric 140cm (55") wide desk that at the push of a button, goes from a standard setup to a higher elevation, so you can work standing up and give your posture a healthy position change. The office chair is adjustable, comfortable and ergonomic.
There are 2x large 24" LED monitors mounted on the desk stand that you can connect your laptop and work as if you have a full desktop setup. There is also a wireless color printer you can use. The Meo Fibre Optic internet is a FAST and STABLE 500Mbps. I suggest you always check internet speed when comparing other AirBNB's if this is important for you.
The living room has a large 65" LED TV, Bean bag and a couch with a pullout Double bed. You can also relax or work outside as well on the solid wood table, on the sectional outdoor sofa or hang out by the pool.
As I personally travel a lot and also do a lot of work online (I have been in over 70 other AirBNB spaces as a guest), I have tried to make this space comfortable and efficient for those who need to get work done without distractions or for those who want to relax or read in peace, decompress and chill out.
Guest access
The condo and patio is all your space. The outside the building and pool are shared with the other owners / guests of the building. Since there are only 8 units in the building you will have a lot of peace and quiet overall. Most of the time, less than half of the units are occupied, as these are holiday homes used mostly in the summer time.
You will often have the pool to yourself. There is plenty of parking that is on our own private street. For me, this is a special, almost hidden oasis, that I spend 6 months of the year here. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
