Beautiful detached vacation home 2,250sf located in a safe and quite suburban neighborhood with three bedrooms & a huge master bedroom suite with full bathroom upstairs. Memory foam mattresses for a good night's rest. Beautiful soaring ceiling and a dramatic staircase on the first floor. Open concept kitchen and dining room to take in sunlight. Enjoy your Amazon TV shows in the family room. Fast Wi-Fi for your entertainment needs. Washer and Dryer are free to use

- Key-less entry with door code upon arrival.
- Free Internet Wi-Fi.
- Family Room: Amazon TV, ethernet cables, and USB outlets.
- Hallway: Central AC and heating controlled by two Nest Thermostats.
- Second Floor: Laptop friendly work desk, and a monitor for dual screen setup.
- Bedrooms: One King/three Queen beds with memory foam mattresses, hangers, and ceiling fans.
- Kitchen: Coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers.
- Bathroom: Bathtub and stand-in shower, vanity, hair dryer, hair straightener, and shampoo/conditioner, soap.
- Laundry room: Samsung Washer, LG Dryer, iron, iron board, laundry basket, laundry detergent, softener, and bleach.
- Two parking spaces in the driveway and ample free street parking.

- Late check-out fee is $30.00
- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house (two spaces in the driveway and two parallel parking spaces on the street). If you have bigger cars, please park on the side street at Myotis Drive or around the nearby family park.
