The space
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the basic cooking essentials and features stainless steel appliances, so you can whip up a home-cooked meal if you choose. The primary bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen bed and its own SMART flat-screen TV, while the second bedroom features a bunk bed with two twin mattresses, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together. The hallway bathroom boasts a dual vanity and stand-in shower, ensuring everyone has plenty of space to get ready in the morning. One of the highlights of Dixie Deluxe is the rooftop balcony, where you can soak up the fresh Music City air and take in stunning views of the city skyline. There's plenty of outdoor dining and lounging furniture, so you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. But that's not all - the Dolly Parton themed lobby area offers additional lounge seating and a fun vibe that's sure to put a smile on your face. And when you're ready to explore, just a short walk or drive away is the trendy Five Points neighborhood, with its plethora of restaurants, shops, and live music venues. - Guest agrees to provide identity authentication to Guest Ranger operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate name, address, phone number and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- Maximum of one pet under 35lbs, $100 per pet fee required.
- All listed amenities are to be used at guest’s own risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay will not be held liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.
